Welcome to Ultra Sharp Studios, the perfect blank canvas to facilitate a broad spectrum of small to medium sized photography and video projects. This multi functional space based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire is 538+ sq ft and our aim is to give you a flexible, affordable space that you can customise to your needs.
If you're looking for a studio space just outside of north London, then we are a fantastic option. This private space is easy to get to from local areas such as Bedfordshire, Watford and North London.
Our studio space for hire comes with several amenities including free wifi, free parking and a loading bay for your convenience. We additionally have an extensive range of equipment and props that can be hired out to save you the trouble of outsourcing and transporting items.

GENERAL
• Is there parking?
Yes, we have free parking available on site plus a loading bay.
• Is it suitable for audio recording?
Our studio is located on a working business park and is not sound proofed. We also have a tin roof which is a bit noisy when it rains. Audio can be captured here but we cannot guarantee silence from our surroundings.
• Is equipment included in the price?

• Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have free Wi-Fi available at our studio.
• Will there be someone to help with any queries?
There will always be someone at the studio to welcome you and make sure you have everything you need before we leave you to it.
BOOKING
• How is payment taken?
Studio payment is taken in advance via our booking system. Kit hire payments to be made after the shoot via bank transfer.
• What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations made 48+ hours prior to the start of the booking will be fully refunded. For less than 48 hours notice, we'll offer a 50% refund on your booking.
• Are there any discounts available?
Discounts available for students and first time bookings. Use coupon code: WELCOME10 and STUDENT10
• What days/times are you open?
We are open Monday-Friday from 8am-9pm but feel free to contact us if you'd like to use the studio outside of these hours and we'll try our best to accommodate you.
• What's the minimum booking period?
Our minimum hire period is a half day (4 hours). Slots available are 9am-1pm and 2pm-6pm. Or book a full day (8 hours).
